We would like to remind parents that the DEADLINE date for applying for a place for your child in Foundation Stage, for the next academic year starting September 2017, is 15th January 2017. Children are eligible to start in Foundation Stage in the Autumn Term after their fourth birthday. Please register online using the following address;
• Choose the Primary School Places option from the menu on the left hand side
• Scroll down to the green box ‘Apply online for a school place’
• Input your email address
• Input a password
• Complete the application form
• Submit the form
You will receive an email from the County Council confirming receipt of your application. If this is not received it is important that you contact Leicestershire County Council, County Hall Admissions department on 0116 3056684.
The County Council will contact you on or shortly after 17th April 2017, to inform you into which school your child has been allocated a place. The County Council will then supply us with parent/carer contact details of children joining Parkland Primary. We will contact you to invite you to a meeting here at the school, when we will help you to complete all the necessary paperwork and supply you with information regarding the Foundation Stage.
